Phone Call With Ryan

After I had gotten notice of the internship it was about two months or so before I had heard anything from the office. I was grocery shopping when I got a call from someone in the office. His name was Ryan and he was a staff member at the office. He was a bit busy, so when he answered the phone call he immediately had to hang up and stated that he would call me the next day.

The next day came and he called as promised. I remember that I was nervous because I didn't know if I was going to have the job or not. When he called he had explained to me that my training day was going to have to be in the Richmond District Office instead of the Walnut Creek one. I was a little taken aback because I thought that I was going to be working at the Walnut Creek Office. He said that it was only temporary and after that, I agreed. In late May at the time and he told me that I would start next week. Before he hung up the phone he had asked me to review some material that he would send to me in an email and come with any questions my first day of work. I felt really really good and excited for my following months at my new internship.
